We have worked with Cathy twice, both times as a buyer's agent.
Our most recent was earlier this year (2014).
She is phenomenal to work with. Truly caring, she listens well and works very hard to find a home that is the best possible fit. Even when our list of "Wants" was a little long for our budget!
Her partners are great: title company, lender, inspectors, etc.
She makes the entire process as easy as it can be. You always have the sense that Cathy is watching out for you in the entire experience.
