We have used this company many times over the years and have always found Mark to be very corteous, prompt, and professional. We had a water leak under the kitchen sink in the drain line and Mark came out to fix the plumbing for that drain line. Then we used him several more times for additional work while we were doing some remodeling. He knows his craft and tries to keep his prices in line. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely continue to use him in the future.

Mark is exceptional - honest, helpful, professional. When he could have supplied parts for our home faucets with a hefty mark-up, he advised how I could receive them for free through the manufacturer's warranty program. He then installed them when they came, working through a problem with one faucet's handle had almost completely frozen up.
He's on my contacts and quot;favoritesand quot; list for any kind of plumbing work.

Mark is always great to work with. He has done numerous jobs for me and my family over the years including faucet installations, faucet repairs, and leaks in the plumbing in the walls. His prices are very reasonable and I do not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

Called Mark on Mark and set up an appointment in a few days. He called on the day of the appointment to confirm. He completed the work to our expectations.

It went great. We had an emergency. He came out gave us a bid and then came back the next day and did the work. It took him all day and he worked really hard. He fixed a horrible problem for us. He was extremely professional and a very neat worker. A true find for us. We will use him as our plumber for all future jobs. In addition his price was extremely competitive.

Mark showed up on the day and time he promised. His work was very good, and where he supplied parts they were high quality.
He quoted me the price to replace my water heater, but recommended not to based on the age. He does quality work, but does not push unnecessary items.

Mark's Brooklyn Plumbing is the only plumber I would ever use and recommend!

The water here is exceedingly hard, leaves major scale deposits on fixtures and tastes horrible. I found a salt- and maintenance-free whole-house water conditioner from NextFiltration that is normally sold here through another company. But when I contacted that company they trash-talked it and tried to convince me to buy a salt-based water softener system. So I contacted NextFiltration directly and they told me I could have 'my plumber' contact them directly. I'd used Mark at Brooklyn Plumbing before, and he agreed to pursue this for me. He kept on the vendor to get the unit spec'd, ordered and delivered which turned out to be somewhat of a challenge due to the vendor's lack of responsiveness. But Mark persevered and when it finally arrived, he was able to quickly install it. I wanted to pay him for the time he had to put into working with the vendor but he refused. He passed the conditioner onto me for his cost and just charged his standard softener install fee (this is the cost I'm showing above). This was my second experience with Mark and again I was very satisfied by his conscientious work and customer-service orientation. I intend to use him again and wish I could find contractors in other areas that are as reliable and affordable.

Mark was very easy to work with, from initial contact to final installation. He was able to meet my tight timing requirements for the job and showed up right on time. Dealt with some spacing difficulties on one toilet with no problem at all. Installed a washlet with no additional fee. I intend to use him again soon to install a whole-house water conditioner and I highly recommend him as an honest and trustworthy individual.

Our hot water went out and our garage had a terrible smell as a result. I called a few places including Benjamin Franklin who refused to quote me for a 50 gallon electric water heater by phone. Benjamin Franklin wanted to charge me nearly $70 to show up to my house before I would even see a quote for a water heater.
After reading a few reviews, I decided that Mark was our guy. Not only were his reviews great, but I prefer to work with an owner/operater becuase there is a level of pride that you won't get elsewhere.
Mark quoted me by phone for a worst case scenario which was the full replacement of the water heater. Mark showed up on time with 1 helper. Within 60 seconds he was able to physically show me that our current heater was completely fried from a water leak. Within 2 hours Mark had a new water heater installed and he was on his way.
He was polite, on time, and the work was performed for the amount quoted by phone. It is worth noting that I found a few places that were better priced, however I was willing to pay a little more based on Mark's reviews and the fact that he is an owner/operator and I'm glad I did.
I would recommend Mark to anyone in need of a plumber and I've already given my neighbor his info as well as I believe her water heater just went out too.

Wonderful experience. I have never met a nicer, more professional plumber in my life and I hav remolded over 10 homes in my lifetime. We found Brooklyn on Angies list and called him, he came out the next day, gave us a bid. Mark scheduled the job and began work the following week. I had to call him out twice when we raninto problems and he responded ASAP. We could'nt be happier.

Our clothes washing machine hoses where they connect to the valves were so corroded that we couldn't disconnect. We found this out during our recent repaint of the laundry room and had to work around the hoses. I called Mark on the phone, explained in detail what I had and Mark quoted me a price and I accepted it. He took care of carefully cutting the drywall and accessing the plumbing and replaced the old turn valves with the lever kind that are much more manageable and should last a very long time. He was very professional, courteous and offfered very fair pricing. The cost was exactly as he had quoted it over the phone. It is so refreshing to find someone who is professional, reliable, personable, and with fair pricing. Often you can find a combination of these traits in the trade but the old dollar sign gets you. I highly recommend him and gladly support this small business.

As a first-timer on Angie's List, I did not know what to expect. Certainly, It is hard to know what to believe or who to ask for a referral. But after looking at comments, I KNEW somehow that my choice was a good one and Brooklyn Plumbing met my needs and then some! Advice-don't be afraid to call them in the future should you need them!

This company is the ****. Brooklyn Plumbing is awesome. I can not say enough good things about them.
Out of 7 esitmates from different companies, they:
1. Were the only company that showed up on time to give me an estimate.
2. Actually examined the problem and thought about it.
3. Computed estimate by how much labor / parts were involved, not by the sq feet of my house, the number of faucets or the type of car I drive/
4. Bothered to answer ALL of my questions (and I had a bunch) with patience and honesty.
5. Replumbed 90% of my house in 1 day. Seriously ninja!
6. Was also by far the least expensive.

They evaluated the old water heater and pointed out that it had rusted out. They installed the new water heater. They came back and repaired an additional problem at no cost.

Everything was excellent. I used him again to update our bathroom fixtures and did plumbing repairs on our home in Chandler. His prices are reasonable and he shows up on time.
