Brickleys managed two rental houses we had while we lived out of state. Because we weren’t local to the properties, we relied on them completely to find appropriate renters and for all upkeep and maintenance of the property. They did a fantastic job advertising, screening potential tenants, and keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. Their billing and notification systems were excellent, and they had a well established system for coordinating urgent situations like emergency repairs. Overall we were very happy with Brickleys and would not hesitate to use them again!

Brickleys property management really takes the hassle out of owning rental properties. They do all of the work and send me money. They take care of occupancy, repairs and collection of rent.
