IT WAS VERY GOOD. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. I AM ALSO IN THE MORTGAGE BUSINESS SO I KNEW WHAT HE SHOULD AND SHOULD NOT ASK FOR. HE STAYED ON TOP OF THE LOAN AND IT CLOSED FAST.
