Arranged appointment to select gravel. Discussed plants design. Missed original start day, causing me to use 2 days off for nothing. Otherwise met our schedule. Nice attitude, ability to change on fly; explained timers; completed in a timely manner, did all I asked. left mud in gutter (washed down after gravel delivery). Always courteous.
