Jessica, the designer, was very prompt and professional and came up with a great design for our kitchen. The work was due to take place while we were on vacation. Bella Home Show did little of the work themselves and the sub-contractors used for the ceilings did an OK job but made a mess of the walls. Several of the Kraftmaid cabinets had significant defects but were replaced fairly promptly. The granite countertop people did a great job. Overall the kitchen looks fantastic now, but the experience was let down by some poor communication between Bella Home Show and ourselves and their sub-contractors. (e.g. we were not originally quoted an additional $4,000 to install the cabinets on top of the $18,000 for the cabinets themselves!) Some of the cabinet internals are still waiting to be replaced. Steve (the owner) did some fantastic tile and backsplash work at the end together with Mike the project manager.
