He was awesome. He did exactly what he said he would do and gave me the exact results I was expecting!!

Fortunately, Steve didn't find anything which gives me great piece of mind. Steve educated me about bee activity, the different types of wasps, what not to worry about and what to be concerned with, and what to look for. He spent approx. 45 minutes at my house and wasn't going to charge me anything. I gave him $40 for his time, for looking all around our yard (in the heat) and for some very useful information. I would call Steve again in a heartbeat for any bee or wasp issues. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and he won't over charge you like a lot of bee services out there. If you have a bee issue...CALL STEVE!

This morning around 8am I noticed a very loud buzzing sound outside the front door.  Sure enough, there was a very large swarm of bees that seemed to be interested in getting into the attic above the door.  I had noticed a few bees the day before, but I didn't realize at the time they were probably scouts coming to look for a nesting place.
I immediately called my normal pest control folks, but they were unavailable to come out for two days.
I then called Steve, and by 11am, he had the most of the swarm removed.  There were only a few stray bees flying around afterwards.
Steve was very professional, courteous and prompt.  I could not have asked for a better response time.  He explained exactly what he was going to do before starting and before I knew it, he was done.  The cost of the service in my opinion was very reasonable.

Very well very happy with the job

Received a phone quotation price. Steven Jaggers sprayed the bees and provided useful information. Upon completion, he even lowered the final price below what he quoted. Good Service was provided at a very fair price.

We saw some more bees about a month later (although they were different bees than before). Steve came out right away, treated it again and had us seal up the cracks in the tree trunk to keep future bees away. We haven't seen a bee since then. He did not charge us for the second visit. Very responsive and thorough provider. Would definitely recommend him and will use him again if necessary.

I called Steve and explained our problem and he showed up a couple hours later exactly when he said he would. He sprayed the area where the bees we're gave me very detailed instructions on what to do after the bees stopped swarming. Steve was very proffessional and very helpful. I would definitely use him again

He was so nice on the phone, very prompt with when he could come, called when he said he would and came on time. He told me ahead of time what usually happens, how bees come. After, he again explained to me what to expect in the next 2 days and then also what to do for next year.

Incredibly responsive, explained everything he was doing, gave me a quick education in the difference is bee varieties (apparently mine aren't dangerous!) and didn't charge much for the work he did. I'd be glad to have him back, but not glad to have bees again!

I called Steve when another company failed to treat the bees and overcharged me in the process. Steve came out within 4 hours of my call. He said he survey the situation at no cost. He not only looked at the damage the other company did to my house but all found the bees within minutes. He treated them and solved my bee problem. He was kind enough to not charge me.
