They came out to check my AC and there was a part that needed replacing. They changed the part and it broke down again. There was a problem with the part because it used to be made in the United States and now it is made in China. So they came out and replaced the part again free of charge. When I call they are usually out within 24 hours. When my AC went out at 3 in the morning, there was somebody out by 9 in the morning. The business is very busy, but they are very responsive.
