Excellent! This was the 2nd time we have used AZAutomasters and continue to be impressed with how honest and fair. Sadly in the past 40 years, I have had my share of dealers and repair shops try to rip me off. Thank you AZAutmasters for being a company of integrity! Did the repairs during the Christmas holidays when few shops were open. Very fair price, great work and exceptionally responsive.

My Car died one day on the way home from school and I pulled into the place where I get my oil changed. They advised me it was the Alternator and that it would cost over $600 even with a refurbished unit. My wife called Arizona AutoMasters and they quoted $281.00! The other location had also advised it would be around $500 to get my power steering pump replaced. AZ AutoMasters did it for half that. I had my car towed into AZ AutoMasters, they fixed the alternator the same day, while I was waiting. I made the appointment for the following Monday for the power steering pump that had been out for 8 months due to the expense from the other location! They were extremely professional, their prices were EXACTLY what they quoted me, and I found out afterwards that they offer a military discount! But even without that discount, their prices can't be beat! The cost is amazing, the service is excellent, and they have free wi-fi in the lobby so I could work on school work while they fixed my car.

They took my info, sat me in a beautiful waiting room with great coffee, tv, and computers. Explained everything that was found on my car that needed repair but let me know it was running well for now and not needing immediate attention. No pressure. Very nice for a change. I will absolutely come back in a few months to have those services done.

They are very thorough in their diagnostic. They actually charge for the diagnostic work, which is fine. They do a very thorough job. I am really pleased with their work. I had to leave the truck overnight. They are right there, they always offer to come to pick you up and drop you off. It is actually a very good place. You walk in there; they have really nice waiting area. There are always one or two people there to help you.

I have been going to AZ Automaters for 10 years and I have never found a better mechanic, or company in general, that I trust. I have had several shops around the valley (including Goodyear and Firestone) over charge me to do a lousy job on repairs on my vehicles over the years. Many shops will try to take advantage of female customers, but since I started going to Automasters I have not had to worry about it. For example, this last job that they did for me they charged me more than $500 less than another shop would have because the owner spent an hour calling around to find someone who had a slightly used part in stock from another car that had been upgraded. The owner knows that I am a teacher and that I am not working during the summer and he wanted to save me money (he also takes care of me because I send everyone I know to him - and he takes amazing care of them, too). Over the years I have had several vehicles and I have had Automasters do a lot of work on them for me. They have always been excellent, professional and I trust them and their work implicitly.

I used them several times over the past year, and it turned out fine for me.

Person at the counter was friendly. He made a big deal of saying how well they treated women and didn't take them, giving examples of his customers that were "taken" by other shops. Waiting area was very nice with two computers to surf the internet and comfy seating, slightly apart from the front area so you could read or work.
