Everything was good. He was very professional. I didn?t have any problems and I think pricing was where it should be for that service.

I called Kevin to make an appointment the following week, early in the morning. He arrived at the scheduled time. I knew it was the tuner because he arrived in a car with ITune4U on it. He also was wearing a shirt with his business logo embroidered on the chest. He was personable and asked about the problems before beginning the tuning process. I described one string that sounded dampened and one key that was sticking. He began the tuning and it took him about an hour and a half total time. He cleaned the string that sounded dampened and adjusted the hammer mechanism for the sticking key. He played each piano after finishing and suggested that I play them, too, to make sure everything was to my liking. I paid the $200 (which is what he quoted me over the phone) with a check and he did not charge me extra for the minor adjustments. He left me a microfiber cleaning cloth for the piano with his email address on it.
