Of the seven contractors we contacted for the project, they were the only one of two with follow-thru and had a really great bid price, we thought. The plants they put in have done great. The walkway they installed constantly kept cracking and had to be repaired at least three times before it was torn up and relaid. It, again needed constant repairs. It took NUMEROUS phone calls to their office AND the contractor to even get a return call about the repairs needed and had to finally threaten to contact the contractor's board and the better business group. They finally agreed that they could not get this job done and tore up their work and refunded the cost of that part of the job. With the regular yard maintenance they never showed up when scheduled and did not bother to call to let us know and would regularly show up on some other day with no call. Again, very poor on calling back or even calling at all.
