Company arrived on time to provide an estimate.  We obtained three estimates and they were the middle but seemed to be the most honest of the three.  However, there are two screens on the back of our house that were not secured with a retainer clip.  As a result, the screens are folding away from the house.  We didn't notice this at the time of their installation because the screens fit perfect.  My problem was not with the screens being missed as we're all human and that error could be made by anyone.  The issue is their responsiveness after the fact.  We notified the owner of the issue and he promised to come by during the week to address. We thought this was not a big deal and didn't expect them to drop what they were doing to fix but after the full week passed and nobody showed up, we called again.  The company did not return our call.  We then called again and have yet to hear from them.

We are very pleased with all aspects of the job.  Great product and great service.  Not a single hiccup in the entire process.  Have already recommended to others.

I would HIGHLY recommend Arizona Sun Control!!! I had three companies come out and give me quotes and hands down Arizona Sun Control was the most reasonable for the same product. The owner and quot;Chrisand quot; is is very responsive and on top of his business. He comes out on time and when he says he is going to. He also gives you only what you are asking for and makes recommendations if asked. He is not going to up sell you or be pushy about getting the job at all. Very nice guy with great customer service and a pleasure to do business with.

Screens could not look any better and they definitely help on the energy costs. Do yourself a favor and just call Chris first...!

I would highly recommend this company. Chris, the owner, was able to quickly come out and give us an estimate. Arizona Sun Control's bid was almost exactly 50% lower then our other estimate. Once we gave them the go ahead to install the sunscreens Chris called and asked if he could install them early as he had a cancellation of a previous order. Of course, we were thrilled to get the sunscreens early. The screens are a very high quality and they look even better then I expected. The installation hardware is very high quality as well. Chris was a pleasure to work with and the sunscreens and work was completed in a way that exceeded all of my expectations.

We called several companies for a Sunday quote, and they were one of the only two that were available. They were on-time and gave us a quick, precise estimate (4/18/11) to replace all the sun screens on our two story house. The other company kept calling to reschedule the time, so we just cancelled and chose Arizona Sun Control. They also had a very fair price and seemed experienced in their trade. When the screens were finished being constructed, they scheduled our home for installation that same weekend.They showed up on-time and did what they said they would do. Everything went perfect and we are extremely satisfied with the quality, service and price.

Chris called back immediately from a message I left, offered to come measure or to save time tell me how to do it which I did. He made the screens and arrived exactly when he said he would. I had screens for two windows made, a bedroom and large great room. The one for the bedroom was fine but the larger one was a bit small and Chris preferred to make another. He returned when he said he would (on Sunday!) and installed the screen. Throughout he was pleasant, professional and i recommend him 100%

Excellent and fast. Chris installed Solar screens to cover all (4) windows. They fit nicely and my view is still very good looking outside. The screen fabric is dark and looks really nice from outside too. Already I have noticed the room is cooler. Chris was finished in about 10 minutes. The price was right too. I would recommend Chris to anyone thinking of treating their windows with solar screens.

We called Chris and asked him we wanted a bid for sun screens. He came on a Sunday morning which pleased us. He checked the windows and showed us the materials and gave us his bid. We told him we had one more bid coming in but we knew we would go with Chris. His price was more then reasonable and his material was high quality. We called Chris on Monday and told him he had the job but we were going on vacation in a week and could we do the screens before we left. He did not think it would be possible but he would check his schedule. Chris called back in two days and told us he rearranged his schedule and would be out in the morning to pick up the screens and have them put in by the afternoon. He came as promised and did an excellent jobs on the screens. He was very professional in doing his work and the screens look great. We were so pleased to think that Chris would make it a point to have the screens put in before our vacation. Of all the services we have used over the years we have to rate Az. Sun Control as the best. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs screens repaired or replaced. Chris deserve a rating of A+++++. GREAT JOB!

Great experience. Chris came out and measured all the windows - recommended a couple of additional ones to screen. Overall the screens look great and the customer service was excellent.

I called Chris Valencia, left a message, and he returned my call the same day. The next day he came to my house, measured, quoted a price, and I accepted. Exactly one week later, he called, came out and installed the screens.

Chris showed up right on time for the initial meeting and estimate. We agreed to the price and since he was going to be back in the Queen Creek area the next day he felt like he might be able to finish the project then. He called early the next day and confirmed that he would be at our home in the early afternoon to install the screens. He showed up at 1 PM and in 30 minutes we had our screens. They look great and we are 100% satisfied.

I have known of Chris' work for quite some time, but never actually needed to use his service until I purchased my first home. I had seen his work hanging on many homes in my neighborhood, and the neighborhood of friends. When I called to get an estimate, Chris scheduled my appointment and actually showed up when he said he would. He then listened to my specific needs, gave a recommendation based on those needs, and from there, provided an estimate. Within one week, I had my screens, the job was built and installed by Chris, and once I was able to review his work, he accepted payment. No too many people would have done that. I highly recommend his service to anyone interested in sunscreens. I was pleased, especially with the grid pattern that matched the windows.

Chris gave me his assessment and recommendation on the whole project, which was new sun screens for the entire home. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. His quotes were accurate and he was great to work with. I would highly recommend his services.

THIS COMPANY HAS PUT SUNSCREENS ON TWO OF MY HOMES. THEY ARE TOP QUALITY AND WERE PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED.
