Excellent!!! I live in Tucson. Despite the business being in Chandler, the owner's son came out on Sunday (he visits Tucson 2x month) and replaced the rollers, installed a new track, ground the top track to compensate for the new track, all in about an hours' time. He showed-up ahead of schedule, was very polite and friendly. Their rates are very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. Don't hesitate to call just because they're in Chandler. They've serviced doors all the way to Sierra Vista! This is a family-run company whose service and prices are far superior to any corporate company.

It was really good. They did a great job. They also arrived early which is great. I was really pleased with the work.

I highly recommend Arizona Sliding Door. Jason came out and worked, and worked, and worked to get a sliding glass door to operate correctly on a second floor condo that had settling issues. It was a difficult job and now I can open and close the door effortlessly and quietly.

They did a good job and the price was reasonable.

Result -- a door that was originally extremely difficult to open or close with both hands became easy to operate with a couple of fingers. Thanks!

Love, love, love that my door now open so easily!!! Bought our home about 6 months ago and both of the sliding doors were extremely hard to open, i had to put my back into it just to get them to move. The bedroom door didn't even lock and we have been using a PCP pipe in the track. Now they are so easy to open and they both lock properly. Dave showed up on time and did a great job. We would use him again in a heart beat.

There may have been some settlement that caused the patio door to grind and was difficult to open and close. The contractor arrived earlier than expected (called before coming over). He communicated to me everything that was being done and why. The door had to be cut down a little to fit properly and leave enough space for the rollers to work properly. The new track is steel (not aluminum and also includes a 3 year warranty. The door is very easy to open now and I have no issues with the door getting stuck or grinding. The contractor was able to complete this job within 2 hours. I used this company based on the reviews and I believe they have lived up to their rating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave arrived right on time to our Tucson address. He was very friendly, quick and professional. We thought our 25+ year old, 8 foot sliding door was going to be very costly to fix, but he had it working like brand new in short order! Before Arizona Sliding Door LLC fixed our door, it was VERY hard to open and close. It took two hands and a lot of effort. We have had general handymen look at the door previously and they cleaned and lubed it and got it working 'better', but nothing like this. It truly can be opened with just one finger now! We are very happy customers!

It couldn't have gone any better, he showed up early and had the door operating better than when it was brand new. My door is oversized and now you can open it with one finger. Great guy, great service...enough said.

My daughter needed to have the rollers replaced on 2 sliding doors that were almost inopperable. This was complicated by the fact that she had 2 security gates. We both spoke to Heather, one of the owners, who took a lot of time explaining how they could do the work and that the gates would not pose a problem and what worse case scenario would be on the price. Anyone calling should make sure they speak with Heather as there are other companies with similar names. An appointment was set up and Dave, the other owner, called and said they could come out even earlier than was scheduled. He was very efficient, friendly, fast and the price was reasonable. We had called several companies that advertise they repair sliding doors. Most of them acted like they couldn't be bothered or gave such outrageous prices, you knew they were not interested in doing this type of work. We were very much impressed with Arizona Sliding Door, LLC (not to be confused with AZ Sliding Door please) and would and have already recommended them to several people. I plan on using them in the future for my sliding doors and my daughter plans on having them make a screen door for her patio door also. In my and my daughter's estimation they are an excellent company and good people.

Maintenance and tuning the railing and wheels.

Not so well. He took too long and did not complete the job. He found the (new) locks (with instructions) inadequate/confusing. He is probably excellent with sliding glass doors but not so on my doors. He stayed extra long and stuck to the original quoted price but didn't get all locks installed.

Very responsive service!!! I needed the work done soon, as I had listed my house for sale and did not want prospective buyers dealing with that heavy door. The appointment was setup for the next day and in a short time the door was working like new.

I also inquired about some new screen doors and handles. They got back to me promptly and there was no pressure to do the work. They kept me informed the entire time as one item did not come in the order as planned. It did show up in time for the install. Install they showed up on time and were ready to work. They made sure everything was up to my standards and they cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and nice to deal with. I would/will use them again in the future.

I had a problem with a jammed sliding door. Dave came right on time and worked on it. Due to the nature of the problem and the possibility of damaging the floor, Dave decided to refer the work to someone who had more experience. He declined to charge me.

Appointment was virtually same day service. Owner/servicer very polite and professional from start to finish. We're very happy with the end result and would definitely use their service again. Call these folks.....you'll be gald you did !!

Dave had an opening a day ahead of schedule, so he called to see if he could come a day early. He appeared at the agreed re-scheduled time and got straight to work. He replaced one roller, adjusted the other, and lubricated sliding surfaces. He made sure the door latched properly and recommended application of a silicon lubricant every three months. I appreciated that he took the time to explain details such as why the door lacked the felt seal along one edge. Overall, Dave was knowledgeable, fast and efficient.

We only wish we had found AZ Sliding Door sooner! We've been struggling to open and close our very large sliding door for years, not knowing who to call or what was required to fix it. I found ASD on Angie's list, called, and got an appointment for a few days later. He came on time and within 30 minutes had our door rolling like new. We feel like we received tremendous value and were treated very well. The whole experience was very pleasant. We highly recommend this company.

Heather and Dave came out and repaired my large patio door which was very difficult to slide open anymore. They replaced the rollers on both sides of the door and adjusted/lubricated the tracks. Now it takes 2 fingers to slide the door where before it took 2 arms and was still difficult. They were right on time, very pleasant to talk to, clean, quick and efficient. They provide a 3 year warranty on parts and labor. Couldn't ask for anything more. I only wish I knew of them and had this done years ago. If your patio door is a chore to open and close, call them! You'll be very glad you did.

Heather and David came over this afternoon and repaired my 20 yo sliding glass door. The door's wheel bearings were shot. They replaced the wheels as a team. The door slides like new again- I'm very pleased.
