Excellent!!! I live in Tucson. Despite the business being in Chandler, the owner's son came out on Sunday (he visits Tucson 2x month) and replaced the rollers, installed a new track, ground the top track to compensate for the new track, all in about an hours' time. He showed-up ahead of schedule, was very polite and friendly. Their rates are very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. Don't hesitate to call just because they're in Chandler. They've serviced doors all the way to Sierra Vista! This is a family-run company whose service and prices are far superior to any corporate company.

I highly recommend Arizona Sliding Door. Jason came out and worked, and worked, and worked to get a sliding glass door to operate correctly on a second floor condo that had settling issues. It was a difficult job and now I can open and close the door effortlessly and quietly.

Heather and Dave are terrific! I called Heather and made an appointment. Dave came out the day we selected and did the repairs/ tune up on two sliding glass doors. One door was in the great room and the other door was in the master bedroom. I was amazed at how well both doors felt to open and close again! Sure wish we would've done this tune up sooner! I had some questions for Dave and he called me back right away. Very happy with Arizona Sliding Door LLC and would definitely use again.

Dave showed up early (which i liked). He was extremely friendly and professional. He fully explained what was wrong with my door and told me it only needed a "tune up" instead of the overhaul I was expecting. Dave took the door out, replaced the wheels and placed a secondary lock on the door. He fully explained why my door was functioning improperly and took care of it quickly. I would absolutely use his company again and recommend him to my friends. The only negative about the entire experience is that Dave is a Chicago Cubs fan and I am a St. Louis Cardinals fan. Everyone has their faults and I was willing to overlook the biggest one in Dave, a devoted Cubs fan.

Without having seen the sliding door the gal on the phone went over all of the possible repairs and associated charges - just in case it was more than the rollers causing the problem. Dave worked quickly, did an excellent job, and only needed to replace the rollers. As a real estate agent I will recommend them to my clients.

Love, love, love that my door now open so easily!!! Bought our home about 6 months ago and both of the sliding doors were extremely hard to open, i had to put my back into it just to get them to move. The bedroom door didn't even lock and we have been using a PCP pipe in the track. Now they are so easy to open and they both lock properly. Dave showed up on time and did a great job. We would use him again in a heart beat.

There may have been some settlement that caused the patio door to grind and was difficult to open and close. The contractor arrived earlier than expected (called before coming over). He communicated to me everything that was being done and why. The door had to be cut down a little to fit properly and leave enough space for the rollers to work properly. The new track is steel (not aluminum and also includes a 3 year warranty.
The door is very easy to open now and I have no issues with the door getting stuck or grinding. The contractor was able to complete this job within 2 hours.
I used this company based on the reviews and I believe they have lived up to their rating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave arrived right on time to our Tucson address. He was very friendly, quick and professional. We thought our 25+ year old, 8 foot sliding door was going to be very costly to fix, but he had it working like brand new in short order! Before Arizona Sliding Door LLC fixed our door, it was VERY hard to open and close. It took two hands and a lot of effort. We have had general handymen look at the door previously and they cleaned and lubed it and got it working 'better', but nothing like this. It truly can be opened with just one finger now! We are very happy customers!

My daughter needed to have the rollers replaced on 2 sliding doors that were almost inopperable. This was complicated by the fact that
she had 2 security gates. We both spoke to Heather, one of the owners, who took a lot of time explaining how they could do the work and that the gates would not pose a problem and what worse case scenario would be on the price. Anyone calling should make sure they speak with Heather as there are other companies with similar names. An appointment was set up and Dave, the other owner, called and said they could come out even earlier than was scheduled. He was very efficient, friendly, fast and the price was reasonable. We had called several companies that advertise they repair sliding doors. Most of them acted like they couldn't be bothered or gave such outrageous prices, you knew they were not interested in doing this type of work.
We were very much impressed with Arizona Sliding Door, LLC (not to be confused with AZ Sliding Door please) and would and have already recommended them to several people. I plan on using them in the future for my sliding doors and my daughter plans on having them make a screen door for her patio door also. In my and my daughter's estimation they are an excellent company and good people.

Not so well. He took too long and did not complete the job. He found the (new) locks (with instructions) inadequate/confusing. He is probably excellent with sliding glass doors but not so on my doors. He stayed extra long and stuck to the original quoted price but didn't get all locks installed.

Very responsive service!!! I needed the work done soon, as I had listed my house for sale and did not want prospective buyers dealing with that heavy door. The appointment was setup for the next day and in a short time the door was working like new.

nitial meeting for a quote, Dave showed up on time and gave a complete description of why I was having the problem and what needed to be done to correct the problem. I also inquired about some new screen doors and handles. They got back to me promptly and there was no pressure to do the work. They kept me informed the entire time as one item did not come in the order as planned. It did show up in time for the install.
Install they showed up on time and were ready to work. They made sure everything was up to my standards and they cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and nice to deal with. I would/will use them again in the future.

We also had additional issue because of lime damage to the track...a moisture barrier was necessary..we have over 100 tracks to choose from, and found one to fit roberts track perfectly ..we were very happy to help him and the track replacement turned out perfect.
