First, they removed the tree and ground up the roots and stump. Next, they asked to determine where we wanted the shrubs and started digging the holes.
They ran into a problem with a confusing drip system and they had to reroute it before they could plant the shrubs. They asked us to help choose which side of the shrubs we wanted facing the windows. There was lots of kidding with the three brothers, and it was fun to listen to them.
Next, they did the removal of the red yucca and then they asked us the deicide which arms of the cactus needed to be removed.
Clean up took awhile and Brandon and us went over the bill because we decided to not have some of the plants put in the ground at that time. He gave us the 10% discount on our bill and only charged tax on the plants he had to buy at the nursery.
We learned some of his background and he was always calm, couteous, and asking for our input. I told him I had anxiety about having someone I didn't know do the work, but It was an excellent experience and I would recommend him to anyone.

He was scheduled for Friday but could not make it til Saturday afternoon. He ran into complications on a side project for us and had to return to finish Monday. He returned, as he said he would, to finish the job. He cleaned everything so well that you cannot tell there had ever been a tree there.
He also did a side job for us that ran into Murphy's Law type issues and did a great job implementing a solution.
The only ding that I have on T.J.'s is that he said he'd be out 'around noon', but didn't arrive until after 3:00PM. Other than that it was a great experience. The work that TJ did was fantastic - not only did he grind the stumps down, but also cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell there were ever trees there before. With the size of the stumps and the size of the machinery that TJ used to remove them, I expected a bunch of sawdust and debris, but I couldn't even tell that he had been there other than there were just no stumps left after he was done. Really excellent work. Would definitely recommend...
