Cleaning crew came and cleaned less than 1/3 of what was promised. When complaint was filed the management said that it was our fault because we have cat hair everywhere and they had to work twice as hard. We have 2 cats, only one of them sheds and we vacuum every day as it is. They spent over an hour cleaning a shower/bath that hasn't been used in 2 years. Cleaning crew didn't clean appliances, kitchen counters, showers, sinks, mirrors, and contracted extras like fans that we paid extra for. Customer service was argumentative and said that they handle multi million dollar homes so they know how to handle people like us.
Received email follow up on customer service and was told in no minced words that my wife was a liar and that she claimed to have done all the cleaning of the house in 20 minutes. The customer service time line was off by over 2 hours. My wife called and left 2 messages with them, cleaned the house where the crew had not cleaned and 2 hours later they called her back citing the cleaning crew had just left 20 minutes prior to their call.
