+ -1 moreI had a contract with Antwan Banks to complete work at 1294 E. Long Street by October 13th 2010. I paid an advance for materials in the amount of $419. It is now January 16th and the work has not even been started and Antwan is not returning any of my calls. Work was never completed and the money was never refunded. I think this is called theft.
