Bad customer service in my experience. I reached out to have some repairs done and apparently someone went out to the property to give me a quote but I never heard anything back so I called the company to follow up and still have not gotten a response.

Alex was a pleasure to work with. Having seen the work of other contractors in my neighborhood, I can say that he provides a superior coating service in terms of materials, workmanship, and customer service. Surface preparation as well as the actual coating product is far superior to other contractors. Dune does not necessarily offer the lowest cost but offers the best value when you consider quality, durability, and price.
