I'm still using them. I have tried many times to cancel their service, but they have talked me out of it. I am unhappy with them, but I keep using them. If I call and say that I see ants in my house, they will come right out and take care of it for us. They always call and come when they saw they will be here. I guess I will continue to use them in the future.

THE SERVICEMAN SHOWED UP ON TIME. HE SPRAYED ALL AROUND THE OUTSIDE GARAGE AND INSIDE OUR HOME.

THEY CALLED US ON THE PHONE TO EARN OUR BUSINESS AND DID A PRICE MATCH TO OUR ESTABLISHED PEST CONTROL COMPANY, SO WE TRIED THEM OUT. WE WERE QUOTED AN ARRIVAL TIME OF 9-12 AND THE ARRIVED AT 11:55, WHICH WAS A LITTLE UPSETTING. ELEVEN DAYS AFTER THEY SERVICED OUR HOME, A BLACK WIDOW WAS FOUND OUTSIDE ON THE HOUSE.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THEY DON'T CHARGE MORE FROM MONTH TO MONTH. THEY TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEEDS WHETHER IT MAY TAKE A DIFFERENT KIND OF TREATMENT, I.E. SCORPION DUST AND THEY STILL CHARGE THE SAME PRICE. THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE WHEN THEY SAY THE WILL ARRIVE.
