Leanard and Dorell were very professional. and personable They were right on time. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Fortunately, we did not have mold. They offered to clean up the area for no cost since it was such a small area. They quickly cleaned up the area and had our washing machine and side table put back into place. They were very cautious and careful with all our stuff. They wore booties over their shoes in the house. We will certainly use them again. We will also recommend them to our family and friends. They were very honest and trustworthy.

They were immediately responsive and seemed knowledgeable and honest about the quote. We had a few communication issues but the job was done well and they even came back when the test was still positive. Billing was extremely slow and when I discussed some of my concerns about the invoice, they corrected it. All in all, would recommend them as an honest small business with high quality work service.

I found it somewhat pricey for the size of the issue, it was only for a part over bathroom window. Good customer service, the person that did the job was polite and on time. It took him less than an hour to do the work. Iâ m glad everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Leonard, the owner, was extremely responsive and even when they had to come back after testing, they accommodated me well. The quality of work was great and the tech was knowledgeable. Communication could have been better but they made up for it by the time we closed everything out.

The total cost was reasonable and they seemed really honest. Does not seem like they were trying to make more money off of us. I like the idea of outsourcing the testing instead of doing it in-house. It may seem a little more work on our end... but, well worth it, knowing we were not going to be taken advantage of.
