Justin tried to fix my dishwasher and did a great job answering questions and educating me on my options. The first time he came the fix didn’t work. I rescheduled a few weeks later and he came quickly and determined the real problem at no additional cost. I’m grateful for his professionalism and to have a working dishwasher!

Justin fixes the problem in under an hour. He told me two solutions that would fix the problem and let me decide which option I wanted to use. I picked the cheaper option. This was in 2016. The washer is still working to this day

Excellent. Justin performed troubleshooting but felt everything appeared to pass. We discussed that the solenoid for the water inlet valve might be defective but his tests didn't reveal anything wrong with the inlet valve. I decided to have Justin replace the water inlet valve and once replaced the water flow was back to normal. Justin's honesty and integrity was impressive and his explanation of what the problem might be and that replacing a part that might not be defective allowed me to make the decision - knowing all the consequences.

Justin was awesome! I'd had my dishwasher "repaired" by the company I purchased it from, not a good idea since the same problem quickly surfaced once again. I can't recall how I came across Justin but glad I did. He was responsive, professional, able to get to the repair quickly, and I've had no problems since...and it's been almost a year and no problems since. I would definitely hire A Better Appliance Repair again!

One of the fans in our overpriced refrigerator started making this horrible noise. I found A Better Appliance Repair on Yelp and went with them since they had so many 5 stars. Well, it it turns out the 5 Stars are for a reason, great service. We had a quite fridge within about an hour.
