Just say no. It was easy to sign up with Rob at 5 Star Kitchen and Bath because he was full of promises and has a likeable personality. However, things haven't gone so well. We got off to a good start but a couple of weeks in, plumbing issues with the dwelling had to be addressed. After a 2 week pause, getting them to return and take this project to completion in a timely manner has failed. It's been 2 years and still not done. I am nervous about the reliability of the work in the showers. I watched them do the waterproofing. I expressed my concerns to deaf ears. The tile work is average. I still don't have a working temperature control after 30 mos. I asked for insulation under the tub for sound reduction and they didn't do it because it wasn't necessary. It was for me. The plumber for 5 Star has yet to return to fix the water hammer in the wall that I hear everyday, as well as a few other things. Unfortunately, against my better judgement, I let him talk me into paying for the project before it was completed on a verbal promise he would take care of everything.

We are so happy with our remodeled kitchen. Rob and his team did a wonderful job! Right from the beginning Rob listened to what we wanted and helped us get our dream kitchen. The entire team was so professional, really knew their craft, and worked so hard to give us what we wanted. Rob or Shawn checked in with the crews and us daily and kept us informed on their progress. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality remodel at a reasonable cost. They completed the project within budget and time frame given.

Every individual was very professional and extremely hard working. This project involved removing soffits, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work in addition to new cabinets and countertops. We just moved into our 13 yr old home and the kitchen needed updating. Rob and Susan came in and provided great ideas and helped suggest ways to keep costs down, instead of pushing to get us to spend more. I liked that. I wanted to open up the kitchen and take an ugly post down. Rob made sure it wasn't weight bearing and had it removed. Carnell was amazing and very detail oriented with installing the cabinets and floor tiling. We are thrilled with the kitchen and I feel like we moved into a new home, not a 13 yr old house! I am sitting at our new granite top counter writing this review right now! This space is much more beautiful and functional now, thanks to Rob and his team!
