Chris and Chuck and their staff translated auto talk into English. Helped prioritize what repairs needed to be done, and what could wait. Very helpful since my clutch died as they rolled it into the lift area. The power steering took a few more days to drop dead. It was more polite. The guys were calm and explained how we could take things in steps. Considering the loads this truck has hauled and the last time I survived it I was really lucky. It had been 5 years since I had done more than oil and filter changes. Tobias took it all in stride. Kept communication open. They were great. Tested the truck thoroughly before delivering it. Then called a. Few days after to see if it I was pleased. HECK YEA! They came in under the dealership price for the initial work. I shudder to think what would have happen when more stuff was uncovered.

Working with Tobias's auto was a great experience.  I had my Jeep towed into their shop for diagnosis, they spent two days performing tests on it and then delivered the suggested estimate to fix it to us.  Because it was something my husband was familiar with, he and my son were able to perform the actual repairs but without Tobias's we would still be tracking down what it could possibly be.  It was $99.00 well spent! 
As a result of their professionalism about our having them diagnosis the problem and then us take it and fix it, I would trust them again in the future.  They are not about upselling, they are not about price gouging, they are not about wild goose chases that may never find out what is really wrong with the car.  Rather they are just as much about building community relationships as they are about fixing cars.  Right ON!

Both cars experienced oil leaks after maintenance. Tobias was unable to correct.

THEY OFFERED A FREE OIL CHANGE AND LUBE FOR BEING NEW TO THE AREA. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT, THEY SERVICED THE CAR IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WERE VERY CORDIAL. DIDN'T TRY TO ADD ON ANYTHING. THEY WERE JUST HOPING FOR FUTURE BUSINESS.

OFFER AMENITIES--NICE WAITING AREA AND COURTESY SHUTTLE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE OIL CHANGE. THE ESTIMATE FOR MY TRANSMISSION REPAIR WAS QUITE HIGH AND PHONE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED PROMPTLY.
