 + -1 moreLOCAL CONTRACTOR, COMPETITIVE PRICING, TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS NEEDED AND WHY. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM SHOWING UP AS PROMISED OR FIXING THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME.
Description of Work: REPLACED AIR CONDITIONING HEAT EXCHANGER. SERVICED A/C PRIOR TO SUMMER SEASON.

 + -1 moreI HIRED THEM TO REPAIR OUR FURNACE. THE CONTROLLER HAD MALFUNCTIONED. HE CARRIES FEW (IF ANY) REPLACEMENT PARTS AND NEEDS TO CALL FOR PARTS, THIS LENGTHENS THE REPAIR PROCESS. IT WAS GOING TO TAKE 4 DAYS TO COMPLETE OUR JOB BECAUSE HE HAD TO HAVE THE REPLACEMENT PART SHIPPED FROM PHOENIX (NEAR THE AIRPORT) TO CAVE CREEK. I OFFERED TO PICK IT UP SO THE JOB COULD BE COMPLETED. WHEN I PICKED UP THE PART, I TOOK THE INVOICE FOR THE PART WITH ME. HE OFFERED NO DISCOUNT, AND I CAN'T REMEMBER A 'THANKS', FOR PICKING UP THE PART. THE PART COST $75 AND HE TURNED AROUND AND CHARGED ME $150 FOR THE PART I PICKED UP!!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES TO USE AND I'D RECOMMEND TRYING SOMEONE ELSE. I'LL NEVER CALL SUNTOWN AGAIN.
