+ -1 morePHIL SERAPHIN IS A VERY RESPONSIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PLUMBER. HE DOES VERY GOOD WORK AND WE'VE USED HIM NOW FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. WISH HE HAD DONE OUR INITIAL CONTRACTING WORK WHEN WE BUILT OUR HOME. YOU GET QUALITY WORK FROM HIM AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
Description of Work: REPLACED A COPPER PIPE THAT HAD SPRUNG A PIN-HEAD LEAK IN A WALL. HOUSE IS 12 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME A LEAK LIKE THIS HAS OCCURED. POSSIBLY WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT THE CONTRACTOR HAD GOTTEN SOME MATERIALS THAT WERE FAULTY.
