They are always on time and notify us before they come. Their services are reasonable and they take care of our property. I will continue to use Russell Pest Control in the future.

I found a packrat sitting inside an AC vent with his tail hanging down. Before I could figure out how to get him out, he was gone. I called Russell Pest Control and they sent someone out the next day to screen all the vents on the roof and set a live trap in the attic. We never caught anything so the packrat was probably outside foraging and couldn't get back in. He's definitely gone.

I was impressed by several things: promptness, professionalism, and a respect for wildlife. Instead of wholesale killing of pests like packrats, which are native to the Sonoran Desert, they were willing to catch and release in a desert park several miles away--that, or feed it to a friend's rattlesnake. I picked the former and honestly believe they would have carried out my wishes. Even the latter would have been better than just wasting the little pack rat.

We've been using Russell Pest Control for 5 months now and are extremely happy. They are all extremely knowledgable about pests as well as all the pesticides they use. They take time to explain anything I may need and use the least harsh, pet/child/eco friendly materials. They even schedule their home visits around my daughter's nap time. If a problem arises we get an immediate response. They are up front about any costs due to additional services. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is quality. I can't say enough positives about Russell Pest Control and highly recommend using them for your home.

THEIR PRICES WERE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE THAT I COULD FIND. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND DID A GOOD JOB EXTERMINATING. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND HAD THE JOB DONE WITHIN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR.
