RIGHT TILE LLC

Erik had the tiling portion of our family room media wall remodelling project. This was the only portion of the project that didn't work out well. Craftsmanship was poor. Tile was not level horizontally nor smooth on the surface overall. Broken pieces were fitted together and joints were poorly made. Grout width was not consistent. Our designer had recommended Erik and our general contractor had worked with him before. After expressing our displeasure with the work, Erik returned to redo the worst portions. He removed portions of the tile without checking whether he had enough to repair the bad sections. He didn't. We were left with unfinished work as Erik stormed off after heated words with our general contractor. There were many attempts made to contact Right Tile but all calls went unanswered. Ultimately my designer and gen contractor dropped Right Tile from their preferred vendor list and ended up having someone else come in to take all of the trim off and redo the work correctly. Overall a very disappointing experience. No customer satisfaction from us on Right Tile's work.
