They were supposed to change two filters but only actually changed one. The service was supposed to cost $100 but I got a bill the next day for $182.

My experience with them was terrible. They did not quote me accurate prices. When they upgraded it to gas I did not get the details in cost. It ended up being a swap out to $900. It was not a good experience at all. It's my mistake for not demanding a quote but they should have offered me one.

THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. UNFORTUNATELY, THE JOB TOOK A LONG TIME. IT WAS NOT SO MUCH THE WAITING FOR THE PARTS TO BECOME AVAILABLE, BUT THE SCHEDULING OF THE ACTUAL WORK AND HAVING TO CONSTANTLY CALL TO STAY ON TOP OF THEM.
