VERY HARD WORKING AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE OWNER CHECKED BACK A WEEK AFTER SERVICE TO SEE IF WE WERE PLEASED. CAME BACK AT NO CHARGE TO SPRAY A COUPLE OF SPOTS WHERE STAINS CAME BACK. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CARPET CLEANER THAT I HAVE EVER USED! REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING.

THIS IS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T NEED TO ADVERTISE. JOEL IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK 100%. HE ALSO DOES ON AWESOME JOB ON TILE AND GROUT CLEANING AND RESEALING.

OWNER/OPERATOR IS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR HIM ON HIS VOICEMAIL, HE WILL RETURN THE CALL THAT SAME DAY TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. HE IS QUITE FLEXIBLE IN HIS SCHEDULE TO WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE. THE CARPETS LOOK LIKE NEW WHEN THEY ARE DONE.
