 + -1 moreThe experience with this company was horrible. I feel like I was lied to and ripped off. During the sale process, we were promised the dogs would be obedience trained, housebroken and advised as soon as they could tell whether the dogs would be able to live together. (We didn't want to pay $1050 to train a dog we couldn't keep)When we got them back, they were SLIGHTLY better trained, they WERE NOT housebroken (how could they be? After all those dogs died at Partners last summer,[google it] they moved the entire facility outdoors.)and we were betrayed into thinking the fight issue had been handled. Also, the day after we picked them up we took one to the vet and learned she had a intenstinal problem from ''drinking standing water with bacteria in it'' as the vet put it. I sent a very reasonable letter to the owner, Leighton Oosthuisen outlining my concerns to which he did not respond. Then I left two messages with his staff over several days to which he did not respond. Bad Business!
Description of Work: We hired Partner's to train our two 5 month old puppies as they were having aggression issues between them. I made it very clear when we dropped them off that in addition to obedience training, I was paying them to let me know if these two dogs could not live together and that I needed to know that as soon as they could assess it. We then paid for the first week. After a week we were told that both puppies were doing ''great'' and we were asked to pay for the second week. After the second week we were told they ''coming along'' and that they ''needed another week'' and we were asked to pay for a third week. When we picked them up, they were only slightly better trained than when we dropped them off and within 5 minutes of having them home, they were in a fight again. How could professional trainers have been unaware of a problem between these two dogs if they were observing them for THREE weeks?

 + -1 moreBecause a shock collar is used to teach dogs to stay away from rattlesnakes, it can be a very scary thing to put your dog through. The people at Partners were very compassionate, professional, & very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I felt complete confidence in having them work with my dogs.

 + -1 moreWE REALLY NEED HELP WITH OUR DOG AND PARTNERS TURNED HIM AROUND IN 3 WEEKS. AFTER HE COMPLETED HIS TRAINING THE TRAINERS WORKED WITH US TO TEACH US HOW TO HANDLE HIM. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE DOG HEARS THE SAME MESSAGE.
Description of Work: WE HAVE TAKEN OUR DOG TO PARTNERS ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION FOR OBEDIENCE TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP.

 + -1 moreTHEY PROVIDE ALL LEVELS OF DOG TRAINING. EACH CLASS HAD APPROX. 6-8 DOGS. THE TRAINER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE A LOT OF EXTRA ADVICE BEYOND JUST BASIC TRAINING. SHE BROUGHT IN HORSES AND AN ATV TO SHOW TO THE DOGS.
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDED 8 WEEKS OF DOG OBEDIENCE TRAINING AND SNAKE PROOF TRAINING.

 + -1 moreTHEY WORK WITH POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT TRAINING. AFTER BOOTCAMP WAS COMPLETED, WE RECEIVED SEVERAL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES FOR US TO ATTEND AND WORK WITH OUR DOG. OUR DOG REALLY LOOKED FORWARD TO SATURDAYS AND GOING TO CLASS.
Description of Work: 2 WEEK TRAINING CAMP. WE ADOPTED AN ADULT DOG AND WANTED TO INTEGRATE HER INTO A HOUSE WITH CATS. WE SENT OUR NEW DOG TO OBEDIENCE BOOT CAMP FOR TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO WORK ON BASIC OBEDIENCE AND BEHAVIOR TRAINING FOR CATS/POOLS.
