The owner used to be our next door neighbor, but the men that they have coming are very competent, very nice, and very clean. They put stuff on their shoes when they walk into the house and everything is very good.

CAME EARLY IN THE MORNING TO PUT IN FREON IN THE UNIT. ALSO SOLD MY HUSBAND PARTS SO HE COULD DO IT HIMSELF. CAME WHEN WE NEEDED SO WE WEREN'T WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING FOR DAYS IN THE SUMMER.

WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TWO NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNITS INSTALLED SOON AND WOULD NOT HAVE ANYONE ELSE DO THE WORK, EXCEPT FOR LOU REALE OF NORTHSTAR A/C & HEATING, INC. HE IS HONEST AND HIS PRICES ARE FAIR. SUPERB A/C COMPANY. WE HAVE USED LOU REALE MANY TIMES OVER THE PAST YEARS AS MANY OF OUR CLIENTS HAVE.
