The office was great. The technician they sent out to walk me through the maintenance was so so. It was $75 for the service and $7.50 for travel charge.

WE STOP IN AT THIS LOCATION ON A REGULAR BASIS TO HAVE THE POOL/SPA WATER CHECKED. WE ALWAYS GET OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CHECK THE WATER AT NO CHARGE.

THE PERSON WHO CHANGED THE SAND FILTER DID NOT MIND ME BEING AROUND AND ASKING QUESTIONS. HE DID A THROUGH JOB IN GETTING ALL OF THE OLD SAND AND PEBBLES OUT. THE PERSON WHO DID 'POOL SCHOOL' TOOK HIS TIME TEACHING THE APSECTS OF HOW A POOL WORKS. HE ALSO MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. HE ALSO DID NOT MIND ME VIDEO TAPING THE LESSON.
