THE MAN WE SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND TOLD US THE SNAKE WAS NOT A POISONOUS ONE AND TO GET IT OURSELVES, BUT THE MAN WHO CAN AND GOT THE SNAKE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

THEY REALLY TAKE THE TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. THEY EDUCATE YOU ABOUT SNAKE RELOCATION AND HANDLING. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. THEY ALSO OFFER EDUCATIONAL CLASSES, WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE AND DO A WONDERFUL JOB.
