Curt came and gave an estimate on very short notice. The bid was competitive for a large foam roof. They came on time and on budget. The finished product looks great. My handyman has complemented the work.

Our asphalt shingle roof was old and severly damaged by all the wind from the October 2010 storm. We called several roofing contractors for estimates to replace the roof. Curt from Frey Roofing was very responsive and came promptly to give us the estimate. I received a formal, written estimate via email with all the contract terms and conditions the next day. I preferred this over the handwritten estimates received by the other contractors. It seemed more complete, comprehensive, and professional. While their estimate was one of the lower ones, it was not the lowest, but Curt's straightforward, easy going personality, obvious experience and expertise, and willingness to answer my many, many questions with patience and friendliness won me over.

We finally scheduled the job and the crew showed up promptly to begin the work. They had the entire roof stripped and then covered with the new underlay felt within one day, which was fantastic since we had the biggest rainstorm of the year the next day. Luckily, even though we didn't have shingles on yet, the roof made it through the downpour. They came the day after the storm and thoroughly inspected the underlay to make sure it was still intact, and put down the shingles. The job was complete by the time I got home from work and the new roof looks great. I was amazed at the speed and quality of the job. Curt stopped by a week later to inspect our yard to make sure it was clean and to make sure we were happy with the work. They don't do heavy advertising and they don't put signs up in your yard. They seem to be a "word-of-mouth" operation, with a perfect record with the AZ ROC and BBB. I would highly recommend this company.
