I delivered the review way too soon, the company offered me $100 off if i gave them a review so left the review soon after the installers left thinking all was well. I wish I had waited longer to make sure that everything was done properly and completely but I felt beholden. About a month after the air conditioner was installed I noticed that that the pads that were supposed to be placed under the unit ( my next next door neighbor told me the unit vibrated So not sure how they could have missed that one ) and had never been put on so I checked in the attic for the insulation that I paid an extra $400+ had not been installed either. They came out and did put both on. Also the thermostat was not working properly so it was replaced and I asked for a dial type rather than programmable which left a hole in the wall. One of the workers offered to come over on his day off since he did extra work on the side. (so I assumed i would have to pay him to fix the hole and passed on the work) After installing the new thermostat the air was blowing freezing cold and this was winter so I told them and they said not to worry , that it would soon be blowing warm......hours later, still blowing cold air. I called Four Seasons and they said someone would be there in 2 days and this was during the week so no weekends were involved For two days I used a space heater to keep warm and stayed in one room ....The previous company that serviced my heat pump would never have kept me waiting this long with no heat............ .the unit is no longer super quiet and the company came back and checked but said this is normal. The owner recently emailed me to ask for me to add a google review and I told him about all the problems....no response whatsoever .............

Kevin and his team were fantastic. When your AC goes out in Phoenix and it's 120 degrees outside you need help fast :) Four Seasons was fast and covered all the bases from problem definition to resolution. It turned out that our system was 20+ years old and needed replacing .. the job was not simple .. it required permits .. getting the Sheriff to block off N Saguaro Blvd in Fountain Hills .. and getting a crane. I forgot to mention .. it was at a very reasonable price ... I will not do business with anyone else going forward.

The service was fine. It has been fine ever since. There were additional charges. They actually ended up coming up. He thought the component was going to be okay and then, the other component craped out shortly after so they ended up coming back within a week. He did not charge me extra fees. He just changed the component and charged me for the component.

Kevin is an experienced HVAC technician.  He answered all my questions clearly and in a professional manner.  I am so very happy and satisfied with the service he provided that I signed up for a yearly preventive maintenance contract with Four Seasons.  This is a service I've had before and believe it is a good investment.

Four Seasons provided same day service on our AC system. The technician was professional and courteous. He did a thorough check of the system and offered a one year maintenance agreement at a reasonable price. Based on this contact we would not hesitate to recommend Four Seasons Home Services.

Furnace checked out in good shape. Did discover a problem with the air conditioning overflow pipe (broken) and not functional in its current condition. Offered a fix in spring air tune-up when he would have help in what is a two man job. 
I was very pleased with the check and found the individual to be very professional and thorough in his work. I was even shown pictures from his cell phone showing the broken pipe and the work that needed to be done later. I was also offered the broken parts in confirmation of his observation.
I felt that the service was very honest and informative and I have no reservations in using this service again.

Initially spoke with Jessica in the morning and was very pleased with her friendly and upbeat attitude. She said that Kevin would attempt to arrive in the mid PM after servicing another customer. Kevin arrived ahead of schedule and immediately went into attic and began analizing problem. In short order he found the problem had the drains from the air conditioner unit cleaned out and air conditioning running normally.

This was the best service I could have asked for and I definitely will recommend them for prompt, knowledgable, professionable and friendly service. I now intend to have them complete semi-annual inspection and servicing of my two air conditioning units.

I am definitely recommended Four Seasons to our friends and neighbors.

Wow! What awesome response time and fabulous customer service!  Four Seasons immediately responded when we called about our tenant's AC going out in the heat of the summer.  They came out same-day to inspect and even managed to get the unit working temporarily (it was 25 years old) until a new one could be installed.  They returned the very next day (on a weekend!) to remove the old AC unit from the roof and install a new one.  The Four Seasons team was professional, courteous, on-time (they even call ahead with an accurate arrival window!), knowledgeable and even competitive on price.   Highly recommend!!  We have since used their services to replace our AC unit on our own home and we have also had them do AC repairs at another home.  Every time the service has been top notch and competitively priced. We will use them again and again. 

We have used Four Seasons Home Services on our personal residence, and multiple rental properties. They have been able to get someone out to us or our tenants the same day, or the next morning when the AC has been out. Their quick response is extremely important in these situations. They have good relationships with their suppliers, and can get the necessary equipment quickly, and at a fair price. Sometimes, a quick repair is all that is needed. They are very honest about the work that needs to be done. We highly recommend the service provided by Four Seasons Home Services.
