I have been using his services for about ten years. He does great work and he is very HONEST and dependable! Roger pretty much does all of the work by himself and has even come to do work while I was not home. He does not try to sell services you do not need. He is an all around honest guy.

He was here for four hours. He replaced everything in the air conditioner. He said that I had a whole bunch of problems with it that wasn t even wrong with it. He also said he replaced parts, but the thing is, the man never left my house once to get a part, so I don't think he replaced anything. He didn't do anything for me besides clean out a filter and charged me for things that he didn't even do.

HE SERVICES BOTH OF MY UNITS ON A YEARLY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND CHARGED $100. HE IS REALLY REASONABLE AND REALLY FAIR. I'VE BEEN USING HIM FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS.
