Brandon the owner is abusive. My pool turned green, they broke my filter, and Brandon SCREAMED at me "SHUT UP AND LEARN TO LISTEN". Brandon was verbally abusive to an older woman, and he's a despicable person with an insatiable ego. You can find and deserve a better service company.

I have had excellent luck with Desert Foothills Pool Service. They are always here at the same time every week and any issues I have they are quick to respond and resolve. I can't recommend them enough!!

Go elsewhere - there are hundreds of pool companies in the valley. Pick any one of them and you would be better off. The mechanics are poor and they sub-contract most of the weekly cleanings. The nickel and diming will never stop and will most likely get worse.

Was very happy with service and prices. Aerator valve was stripped, so ran every time cleaner was running. Thought we needed to replace heater, but technician said it worked fine, so saved us money.

They come every week, take care of the pool, let me know when maintenance is required and recommend contractors for work work they do not do themselves.

The people doing the weekly cleaning were great.  We had two different pool motors go out at different times and the quotes from Desert Foothill were 50% more than other quotes.  We had work done by other companies that was fine.  Desert foothills did some other work for us then stopped cleaning the pool without telling me.  When I talked to owner he said I had not paid my bill and that someone in the office told him we were late before.  I asked him how many times I was late paying and he said he did not know.  I told him I had been a customer for 5 years and this is the first I had heard of us being late, ever.  He was obnoxious and not helpful at all.  He did not know his facts, but was adamant that he was right.  I would not use them again.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE IN GETTING THE REPAIRS DONE QUICKLY SO THAT WE COULD GET OUR POOL FILTERING. WE HAD SOME ALGAE PROBLEMS AND THEY CAME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO TREAT AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CORRECTED AND THAT THE POOL WAS FILTERING PROPERLY.
