I went to Data Doctors near closing time. I had been unable to restore my backup files after a Window's system crash. The technician assured me that everything would be solved. And he wasn't wrong. He took the time to restore all data, checked our complete system and made sure the system was operable before he let the computer leave the store. He did all this while we waited. We did not have to leave the computer there. Will certainly be using their service again as needed.

QUOTED US ONE HOUR LABOR FOR WHAT WAS EXPECTED TO BE SIMPLE REMOVAL OF AD-WARE AND FIX HI-JACKED BROWSER. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY DIFFICULT THING TO FIX THE BROWSER. JEFF STILL ONLY CHARGED ME THE ONE HOUR LABOR EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK TWO AND A HALF DAYS. VERY IMPRESSED BY THIS QUALITY OF SERVICE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. THEY WERE ALSO SENSITIVE TO OUR URGENCY IN GETTING OUR COMPUTERS BACK IN OUR HOUSEHOLD. THEY WORKED DILIGENTLY TO SAVE ALL OF OUR DATA.
