Crew was great! They were careful to avoid damage to house and adjacent trees. They even cut the larger branches to fireplace size. and cleaned up an existing brush and branch pile. Dominique also gave us advice on the continued care of our other trees.

Best experience with a tree company I have ever had.  Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Dominique and her crew were the friendliest and most knowledgeable I have dealt with in the business. Her crew manager even offered to remove a dead yucca "to make the yard look perfect".  Areas were cleaned up well after the trimming and the mesquite branches that were big enough were cut to firepit length and stacked.  Absolutely fantastic people.

Overall they trimmed 8 trees for us.  Our neighbor uses this company regularly and their trees always look great!

Dominique came to the house in June to compile an estimate on the work to be done.  We bought the house last year and the trees had not been pruned professionally and they definitely needed some work to be done.  We walked through the property and discussed what she thought needed to be done for each tree and she later sent us the estimate via email.  We contracted for the work to be done in August and she kindly honored the estimate from June.  The team arrrived early Friday morning and Dominique explained the plan for the work.  Her foreman, Margarito, also explained his plan for the work as he would be on-site and directing the work.  He later took the time to answer our questions and provided some education regarding the rationale for the work being done and how to care for the trees in a desert environment as we moved here from the Colorado Rockies.  Along w/Margarito were two guys (Oscar & Edgar?) and they did an awesome job cleaning the branches/mess afterwards and even cut the mesquite branches for us to use in our firepit.  They did a fantastic job overall, including taming "The Beast" which was a wildly overgrown Mexican Palo Verde in our backyard-it looks like a different tree!  Very pleased.
