 + -1 moreHe did an extremely poor quality job including undersized beams, water penetration on deck. Cost of repair to errors performed by he and his subs was estimated at 1.3 million. We finally litigated but turns out that Mr. Holmes had failed to file the necessary forms with his insurance company and they denied that he was covered.  + -1 moreAs noted above, Mr. Holmes was timely and professional. He provided a detailed estimate of work right down to the fixtures and supplies. In the bidding process we met with all the subcontractors. We were provided with all subcontractors ROC numbers and all subcontractors checked out with the state. When a major error occurred in the master bathroom, the issue was resolved quickly and according to the contract as was an issues of pot light placement in the great room. We've now been in the home for two years + and things are still working well.
Description of Work: An extensive remodeling that took the house back to the studs. Work included re-wiring the house, updating and repairing the plumbing. Replacing all insulation with spray foam insulation. The entire floor plan was changed. The house went from 7 rooms and wasted hallway space to a 4 room home - 2 bedrooms, den and a great room with a great view of the golf course, something lacking from the original set up. Coyote Creek also found a qualified company for solar panel installation. We had only minor problems since moving back in and all was handled immediately. During the project when questions or issues arose, Mr. Holmes was there and handled all issues. The quote for work was about 65% of what Legacy wanted and the scheduled completion was about two-thirds of the time that Legacy said it would take them.
