WAYNE DID A GREAT JOB IN FINDING THE PROBLEM AND ORDERING THE PARTS. ONCE THE PARTS CAME IN, HE WASTED NO TIME IN CONTACTING ME AND SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS, WE HAS PATIENT AND ANSWERED THEM IN A WAY THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE. WHEN I LEFT MESSAGES, HE CALLED BACK ON THE SAME DAY.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. QUICK RESPONSE, HAD PARTS AVAILABLE TO REPLACE. OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT FOR NEW CUSTOMERS AND A 1 YEAR WARRANTY. VERY NICE OWNER, WHO ALSO DOES THE WORK AND HAS A LOT OF PRIDE IN HIS BUSINESS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED TO MANY PEOPLE.

A SMALL LOCAL BUSINESS, BUT HE IS THE BEST! VERY HONEST, GIVES YOU MANY OPTIONS AS WELL AS VALUABLE INFORMATION WHICH HELPS IN MAKING A DECISION. WHETHER WE WANTED TO REPLACE THE PART OR BUY A NEW STOVE, HE WAS READY TO HELP IN ANY WAY HE COULD. HE HAS ALSO REPAIRED MY DRYER. GREAT GUY!
