Rob diagnosed the problem with my printer and fixed it within a short period of time. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him without the hassle of getting transferred to someone else. I needed my computer to be serviced after I went to a bad site and got locked out. It was 2006 I found Rob-A+ Computer Service in the AZ Republic, we made an appointment for later in the day. Rob came to the house and was able to fix my computer after 2 minutes looking at it. Rob was really cool about letting me know what I did to get into trouble. We also looked at putting some anti virus protection on my system and the great part was they were free sites. I felt great about the service and tutoring he offered me. Very reasonably priced, I had no idea how much the bill would be but I was happy to pay $100.00. A+Computer Service has been my service ever since. Rob is very attentive and is passionate about his service, He answers his phone, he can install a remote in your system or he will just come to the house. Always available to help his clients.

I’ve had occasion to use Rob’s service a few times. He either answers my call or gets back to me quickly. He listens carefully to my description of my problem. Each time he has correctly figured out the problem, fixed it and restored my computer to working order. He is knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable. It is exactly what you look forward to when hiring professional service.

Rob is patient and makes sure that I understand what he is telling me. As a senior (77) computer concepts don't always make sense but he explains very well. His fees are very reasonable. He always calls me back the same day I call him.

Have you ever had someone you could really depend on; I mean really depend on? Well, Rob Schmidt of A+Computer Service, is such a man. You see, I have enough computer knowledge to be dangerous. Rob gives me peace of mind. Whatever computer difficulty I get myself into, Rob gets me back on track. He is always accessible either by remote or by stopping bye the house. His pricing is extremely fair. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of. Rob even helped me buy & set up my latest desk top & printer. Over the many years working with Rob, he has become my friend. Rob receives my highest endorsement.

Rob did a great job, and completed the task as he said he would. I asked questions about my computer upgrade and he answered all my concerns. Rob was punctual, courteous, efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend him. He worked quickly but always took the time to educate me. He was knowledgeable, creative and solutions oriented. I have two computers and he installed FireFox, then, transferred my favorites over from Chrome and Internet Explorer. He installed a free anti-virus and free disk defragmenter. Also, he deleted unneeded files and did some maintenance. Also, he is quite knowledgeable about hardware so, the next time I buy a computer, I am going to consult with him first. Five Stars.

I have so many good things to say about Rob, I scarcely know where to begin. From my first phone contact with him, he was kind, compassionate, patient, and understanding. I am an analog woman in a digital world, and he did not treat me like the village idiot because I don't know my modem from my motherboard. I called him on a Monday, he was able to come out on Wednesday. When I opened my front door, I was greeted by an incredibly well-groomed adult, He confirmed that my monitor was, indeed, deceased, as well as the video card in my computer - and then proceeded to fix my 10-year-old computer, saving me the expense of buying a new one. He wrote down the type of monitor I needed to purchase, and so clearly and patiently explained to me how to hook it up that even I was able to do it! I am writing this review on my now fully functional computer - thanks to the wonderful Rob! I cannot recommend him highly enough - what a great privilege to encounter such a professional and honest gentleman in this era of impersonal and disinterested customer service.

I had good service with them. They did the work remotely over the phone. They were just very responsive and took care of the problem, got it resolved and moved on.

It was wonderful. He was great. He was on time. He was neat appearing. I am so grateful I found him. He was timely. He charged me a reasonable price.
