We don't live in the area, so all of my contact with Service Master was over the phone. Rick called me regularly to keep me posted on how the work was proceeding. He was very knowledgeable about mold removal and how to work with the insurance company. We couldn't have survived this disaster without his help.
Description of Work: Our house flooded after a water line broke. The house vacant during the summer near Phoenix. The house sat with the water damage for four weeks with temps up to 120 degrees. The mold damage was extensive.
