Michael did an amazing job! He went above and beyond. He showed me the before and after and it was a HUGE difference, i will definitely give him a call again 6 months from now. I contacted Michael with Reflections Solar Cleaning through his Facebook page and received a response within a few hours. He was able to give me a quote and get scheduled within the week. He showed up as scheduled, however we had unexpected work being done at the house during the same time. He offered to complete other jobs in the area and return later in the day to clean our panels as to not interrupt the other work going on. He communicated through messenger and was able to notify me of his return time. Once he got set up he took pictures of our panels and was able to express concerns regarding their condition and the condition of the roof tiles underneath as well. He did a very thorough job of cleaning all panels and provided us with before and after pics. Will definitely be using him again as they are to be cleaned every 6 months. Great job and excellent pricing/customer service!

I tried to clean my panels and it left horrible streak marks and power output dropped. I called Reflections Solar and they cleaned them and now they shine and the panels are very efficient again. They care and I would recommend them to everyone to clean your solar panels!

I would like to start off by saying the customer service from Michael the owner of Reflections solar cleaning it fantastic. I sent michael a message of Facebook messenger on Easter Sunday put of all day and he replied back almost immediately to let me know when he would be able to come out and clean my solar panels. I did not expect for him to message back at all until Monday morning. When Michael came out to clean my panels on 04-15-2021 he was there on time at 8:30am and ready to get the job done, he was very polite and introduced himself. He got to work cleaning the panels, any questions I had he answered them all for me. When he started the Pac watts that the panels were making was at 2500 for both of my pac on my inverter in the side of my house, when he got done at about at 10:20am the inverter was showing that both were now probably 5700 that is a big jump from the 2500. I took pictures on a clear day at 1:30pm and my inverter was only showing making 5200 pac w and that was in the afternoon. So my system showing 5700 pac a at 10:20am means that cleaning does help. Attached are 4 pictures that he took before he cleaned them and after and tou can see the difference between them.
