Quick good service.

The service men, they're were two, came out at the designated time, quickly found my problem. They explained the issues and quoted me on the solutions... I made my decision to fix the immediate leak and postpone the more costly one. They completed the work and I was completely satisfied with the work

He was very nice and professional

George, the owner, took the service call from our home warranty service on a Saturday.  We live out in "the country", so it was not a quick drive to our home.
George arrived as promised, examined the water heater and agreed it needed to be replaced.  The challenge is that our home is a "manufactured home" (not a trailer...but manufactured in a factory, then set on a foundation) and the water heater necessary is a special type to keep legal with building codes.
George found one in a warehouse over 40 miles away, made the round trip and installed the new water heater.  He arranged for the warehouse to be opened on a Saturday when it was usually closed. He was professional, courteous and generally friendly.
He communicated well and met all of his commitments that day.
I double-checked codes and requirements and confirmed he had provided honest information (I didn't have any reason to doubt him other than past negative experiences with plumbers in general in the past).
Essentially, he spent the entire day from early morning to early evening, arriving, inspecting, searching, driving, removing the old heater and installing the new water heater.
Great job and he didn't mind that I watched his work from time to time: friendly guy.

I found them to be a bit pricey, but everything turned out well.  They were friendly and professional, and they did a good job with the repairs.

They showed up on time, very courteous, they cleaned, and did what they said they said they would do.

As provider allowed us to *see* into the sewer pipe via a special industrial camera, we were able to view for ourselves just what a nightmare awaited his servicing, and that an obviously incredible job of digging out had to be done so that the line would finally be free of the deadly roots.  (Prior to this service, we'd had a number of clogged toilet episodes, which finally led to the diagnosis for root removal)
Provider brought several helpers with him, they got to work immediately, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and were able to finish the job the same day.
It is important to note that we have had a fairly long relationship with provider, who has always proven very professional and reliable, showing up on time when we were told he'd arrive, and offering clear explanations and/or diagnoses for work that was needed.   This provider also has oftentimes gone above & beyond in a number of different ways, which we have always very much appreciated.

i bought a house and needed the water heater drained and cleaned and the sewer pipe was not flowing out to the street and was backing up.  i called and the man who answered assured me he was licensed and bonded.  well maybe he was but he sent two kids out who knew nothing,, they kept going to their truck looking for tools. they started to drain the water heater and never finished, they did however just happen to have a $700 water heater they could sell me they also had something called a diamond service that cost a lot and you would get special servicing , they also had a cheap faucet they could sell me for $70.  all this took two days and they promised to come back and bring a camera for the sewer but they never did. i got a plumber from phoenix who came out and got the job done in a couple hours, the cost 200.00 not bad for fast service, i live 60 miles from phoenix.
