He also worked on my roommate’s computer which had Microsoft XP in it and Microsoft doesn’t support it any more. I found them to be a good reliable company. He took about 10 – 15 minutes to fix my computer. He took a little bit longer for her computer. He was here for about an hour. I have had him here before and I guess the price went up from last time. I haven’t called other places and hence I don’t know much about the price. But their price might be better than some other places. My computer is a new one with windows 8 which is really confusing. Chris is the person who normally comes out here. He took away a bunch of stuff and made it simple and easy for me to use. I just need the basic stuff. I called them this morning and he came out today. I asked them to call me if they were coming today and he called me. He was here within three minutes of his call. He is not that far away from me. He goes through stuff really fast and I try not to follow him because I get confused.
