Tim was referred by the contractor who had worked on the remodel of the house before we bought it. He was courteous, knowledgeable professional and straight talking. I may have been able to find someone to charge less for the work, but you can't put a price on peace of mind. I knew upon meeting him that he'd do the job well and that he had integrity. I was not disappointed. I'll recommend Just Plumbing to anyone who asks.

We had to call them back twice because of a leak and they were supposed to have fixed the ice maker and that is still not working. They were nice and the water softener was great, it was installed properly.

Arrived ten minutes early, completed work in 50min, left the work area clean. They did a very professional and complete job. Sent the copy of the paid invoice to my email before they left the premises. They are my plumbers from now on.

We were having trouble with one toilet in the house: it flushed slowly, the tank filled slowly, and the toilet clogged frequently - and we couldn't figure out why. I spoke with Justin, the owner of Just Plumbing, who arrived the next morning to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate. As he would be out-of-town, he scheduled a couple of his staff to return to do the work on an afternoon when we could be home.
On the afternoon the work was to be done, Brendan called to let us know that they were en route. When they arrived, Brendan and Rigo introduced themselves then went right to work. When they found the problem with the tree roots, they explained how we could try an inexpensive and quick fix first (using a product that would kill the roots), rather than deal with the big, expensive job it could be (tearing up the trees and the back yard to get to the main septic line and replacing it). The easy solution may take care of the problem permanently but if it doesn't, it will still buy us some time before we have to spend a lot more money. Knowing that they could have just told us that we need to have the bigger job done - and not knowing any better, we would have just gone along with it, going into debt in the process - we really appreciated their advice.
The men then ran into a much smaller challenge with the uneven floor. They made the repairs themselves, just letting us know what they had done. Before they left, Brendan and Rigo cleaned up everything, as if they had never even been here, and asked us to inspect their work to make sure we were happy with what they had done and to answer any qestions we might have.
Before they left, the men thanked us, shook hands and then went on their way.
We liked Justin Fredericks and Brendan and Rigo who did the work. The job was done well and we appreciated that they did not just try to sell us on a bigger, very expensive job that we might not need for quite some time - and just cannot afford right now. We would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

We made an appointment one evening and the next morning they called to tell us that they were on their way to Coolidge. The plumbers arrived on time, in fact they were a little early do to a schedul change and had to wait a couple of minutes for us to return from an errand. The men were polite and efficient, and wasted no time to close up the open water line. They even took time to answer the questions that my husband posed to them. The work was clean, the men were professional and the work cost less than other plumbers had quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.

He has always been professional and courteous. His price is always the best but the reason I am writing this is because of his guarantee. The shower valve that he installed over 2 years ago developed a drip. I called him to fix it and he came himself the next morning for free. He did the work and it began to leak again that night. He apologized profusely and came the next morning and fixed it again at his own cost. His work is top notch so this is definitely a comment on the quality of his work simply an example of his commitment to customer service and standing by his work. If you need any plumbing job, Call Ernie first!

I called Wednesday 9/8 around 11:30 and left a message. Less than an hour later Ernie, who is the owner, called me back and came over that afternoon to give me an estimate. Since my gas line runs through my attic, Ernie went in the attic and looked around to give me a detailed estimate. I had called 5 different companies that day, and only two responded that day and came out to give me an estimate. Ernie was the only one to look inside the attic, and his quote was about half the cost of the other company. I called him back later that day and asked if he could come do the job that Saturday, 9/11. He said normally he didn't work Saturday, but knew with my schedule durring the week would be difficult, so he said he would be out between 10-11. Saturday at about 10:20 he called to say that he was on his was and appoloized for being late. Since he said 10-11 I still felt he was ontime, and appreciated the call letting me know he would be there. Even though he was mainly working in the attic, he placed plastic down on my floors to keep them clean. He and another worker spent most of the day in the attic. He brought parts with him, but ran into a snag and had to run out to get an extra part, but was not gone a long time, and while he was here he was always working. I am very happy with the job he did and his professionalism, and would use him again for any future plumbing needs.

Great Ernie is solid

We had a in slab plumbing leak in our 22 year old one story 1300sq/ft house. The leak was verified and located by an independent leak testing company (CPL) before I called for repair bids (which I recommend.) Our best option was a whole hose re-pipe of the hot water pipes. I live in Carmel Mountain Ranch and most of the neighbors have either gone though a re-pipe or expect to soon. From the testing we knew that we had in-slab T’s as opposed to exposed manifolds. This meant that our options to limit the repairs to one section were not available and I must re-pipe all the hot water pipes. I called three companies who all provided separate bids from $3000 to $5000. When I called Just Plumbing I originally left a message with my number, then Ernie called back later that evening and we discussed the situation. He stated he would not be available for a quote until the next evening unless it was really an emergency. I told him I could wait. When he arrived as agreed he performed a very thorough estimate with his worker, they climbed up in the attic and located the approximate path of where he would run the re-pipe. We discussed the layout of the existing pipe, the location of the leak and the situation at hand. He provided an estimate which was far lower ($1000-$2000 less) than other companies who I had bid the job. As a side note he originally quoted to use Type M but I inquired about using a better quality and he offered to upgrade to type L for the actual additional cost (about $100 more) of the copper. He was very accommodating when it came to working around my schedule when he needed. They were courteous and polite. Ernie was very interested to be sure things were done right the first time. He was very detailed and willing to discuss our options. Basically he showed up on time as expected with parts from his supply house on hand. It ended up taking about a half day longer than expected but my house has crazy walls with soffits and a access wall which had a decorative finish he could not cut through making certain areas take much longer. Although it took him and his other two guys about 5+ hours longer to complete, he did not charge me anything additional and honored his original quote. Frankly I think he under quoted me a bit but he did a great job and for a great price. After talking with him some I realize he is a small company and has been doing plumbing for 30+ years. I wanted to pick a smaller company who would let me do the cleanup, drywall repair and paint to save on the cost, also I believe smaller tradesmen maintains lower overhead and tend to have more competitive prices. Over all I was very pleased and would not hesitate to call him again for any variety of plumbing needs. I will be installing a new gas stove soon and will likely call them back to drop the new gas line required for that project. Well done!

Ernie offered to get a temporary sewer line in place, so we wouldn't be without a toilet for the holiday weekend. We had access to another toilet at a neighbor's, so we declined. The job took longer than he estimated, but that was alright, it wasn't too much longer. And, they worked hard late into the night to get it done. The job was started on Thursday and he had already told me he had vacation plans for the holiday weekend, but was willing to work on Saturday to get it done. The job got done with two clear-outs for the sewer, and he matched them in stone to match the stone pavers. He could have used plastic, but had the foresight to get a more aesthetic plumbing part. The company was very professional. I will ask them back for other work.

Ernie is the man. I would consider their operation as a smaller company relative to his competition. His help is his son and nephew- both very professional. When you call the number you reach Ernie not a receptionist. He came out the day I called him and bid the job out free of charge. I hired him on the spot and he started within two days. I forgot to mention in the scope of work running the kitchen gas line- he included it after he bid the job for material cost. The next day I noticed a SMALL gas leak. He came out within three hours of my call to fix it. I was very impressed with the service, quality and most importantly the price.

Ernie unclogged sink and showed tenant how to prevent this from happening again.

No problems with anything.

They were very pleasant. The first day they did not have all the parts so they came back the next day. It wasn't as much as an inconvenience as it could have been because I did not have to take off work or anything. The second day they came back and fixed everything. They worked very quickly and cleaned up well.

A hot water line sprang a leak under the slab of the house. I then called Just Plumbing and was quoted $900. I hired Just and Ernie came out with an assistant the next day and in one day laid the new line. I watched over their work quite carefully (they were very pleasant and told me they didn't mind me watching in order to learn). I have a limited experience in plumbing and could see no fault in any of their work. My experience with Just Plumbing was entirely satisfactory and led me to recommend them on another (relatively small) job which also went well.

Thanks alot Earnie. Your work is top notch. This guy bent his schedule to make things happen on time for me - at one half of what the big guys wanted to charge. If you want a good mechanic - good luck. If you want a great plumber - Just Plumbing delivers!
