EPIFINI LANDSCAPING INC

Company provided the rock for a very good price and seemed very professional. They were not able to come on the initial appointment date. I asked them to CALL ME before they would arrive on an alternate date so I could be home. They did not call and came when I was out of town(my sister-in-law was home)and placed the rock in areas where I didn't want it to go, burrying my drip line and forgetting a part of the yard entirely. I called them to come back out and finish the job or give me a refund but they would not. The only reason that I would use them again was that their price was reasonable.

They were prompt and pretty professional for the estimate. They told us it would be a 2 trip job. One trip to do all the concrete and then a few days later to come back and do the drip, the trees, and the rock. It didn't turn out that way. It took nearly 3 weeks to complete the job. The work was pretty good, but would have been better if the concrete had all been poured the same day, or even week! It appeared that the company was so busy that we were just a small job that could be squeezed in at the end of a day or whenever. They didn't tell us that though, they kept telling us they'd be over tomorrow. Really poor communication with us throughout. We weren't in a hurry, just wanted the job done right. Seemed like they sure were in a hurry for their money though. Amazing. I just don't feel like they cared about their customer.
