Everything went smoothly. Mr. Medrano successfully removed the old unit and installed the new one. He hauled away the failed unit and any accompanying debris, leaving the roof and yard in good condition. He also installed a new thermostat and, since installation, he has made two visits to check on the unit. Everything is working beautifully. I am completely satisfied with the service and product, and I will continue to use Mr. Medrano's services for regular maintenance and any needed repairs in the future. I recommend him without reservation.
