"We are shocked by [member name removed] review as she stated in multiple emails that she was very satisfied with the work we completed. We installed a small wall off of her patio with a custom wrought Iron gate. We have reason to believe [member name removed] was dissatisfied with repair work on her original fountain installed by a previous contractor. We attempted to repair her original fountain but like most repairs, it's better to get rid of the old and start with the new. Her final repair outcome was an overall good job from its original standing but this repair or any repair doesn't make something "NEW". She compared her fountain to our fountains, that we showed her in person, however she would have to have fully reconstructed her fountain to look like ours. Unfortunately it seemed that an attempted repair on previous contractors work has overtaken this review rather than the newly completed work that was performed, which I will remind, she was very pleased with."

The service was performed by Arrowhead Grading and Excavation, Casa Grande, AZ and it was done on 8/26/2013 between 9.30 am and approximately 4.00 pm.
I was truly pleased by the professional execution of all services by the Arrowhead Grading and Excavation company.
They were responsive to all my queries and in fact, I was so pleased with the work that I asked if they could be my primary maintenance service for the ground around my property. This did take place this date, and I agreed to a monthly maintenance contract with the company.
I would highly recommend Arrowhead Grading and Excavation to anyone who needs a complete service company which includes irrigation system repair, tree trimming and removal, as well as excellent clean-up services around the yard.
In addition, they do concrete and landscaping as well as painting, and even carpentry repairs.
Please add them to your list of a special breed of workmen, who take pride in their work, and are responsive to all questions.

We are very satisfied with their work. The backyard is great. It seems to have a life of its own. Other than being a little slow on getting back to us if you had a question, we think they did what they said they would do. They were lower than a lot of other estimates and that's why we went with them. The plans they showed us were well done. I guess for me their punctuality is up to the boss. We never had a set schedule that they would be here, but they did show up and complete the work on time.
