Description of Work: Washer was not working properly. He installed new switch for door, it was no improvement. He reinstalled old part. Adjusted door and reviewed how to operate machine. Door requires extra push after closing.

Description of Work: Our Refrigerator was running but would not cool the main section. The Technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and had the part in his van to facilitate the repair. We were very pleased with this service. My only concern was that I thought the price of the part was high.

+ -1 moreReceived very prompt scheduling of a technician to inspect and repair my dishwasher. Repair done quickly and efficiently - he tested the unit and was done in less than an hour. Very courteous and obviously highly skilled. Would call them again for any appliance issue I have.

+ -1 moreAppliance parts store had part on backorder so I tried this company to see if they could obtain from another source more quickly. I was willing to pay something for labor if I could get the part quicker. They were unable to obtain the part any quicker than I could myself and due to the nature of the part, no special skill was needed to install it. I did it myself for under $20 and a little patience.

+ -1 morethey were almost an hour late, made a big skidoo about the difficulty of working with such 'high end' appliances, misdiagnosed the problem with the kitchen range, and then quoted me 450.00 for the repair of each appliance! did they think I was born yesterday? I subsequently had my appliances repaired for less than 1/3 of the cost and 1/2 for the service call
